Jerry Crocker (1948-1992) was a Reserve Arlington Police Officer killed in the line of duty.
Arlington Police Officers Terry Lewis and Jerry Crocker died when their patrol car was struck by a drunk driver on October 9, 1992. It was a devastating loss for the community, and especially the Arlington Police Department, which had previously only lost two other officers in the line of duty—back in 1930 and 1975. We remember their service to Arlington with gratitude.
Officer Crocker is buried at Madisonville Cemetery in Madisonville, his birthplace.
