Levitt Pavilion—A Vibrant Outdoor Space for Arts and Culture

Levitt Pavilion in Arlington opened on October 10, 2008, with over 1,800 people enjoying a performance by the Grammy-winning band, Brave Combo. The inaugural season featured 16 concerts and drew 15,500 attendees.

Located next to City Hall in the heart of Downtown Arlington, the Levitt Pavilion has become a popular and well-loved outdoor community space. It serves as a vibrant hub for arts and culture, hosting more than 50 events annually, including live music, festivals, cultural events, and celebrations.

Their free concert series features a diverse lineup of talent, from up-and-coming performers and local favorites to nationally renowned acts. Food trucks and vendors often enhance the atmosphere.

The pavilion is part of Founders Plaza, a park featuring a spacious lawn, beautiful landscaping, public art, and a history garden with plaques honoring Arlington’s founding families. It is also one of a national network of outdoor music venues supported by the Levitt Foundation, which was established in 1966 by philanthropists Mortimer and Mimi Levitt to promote arts, culture, and education.
