Halloween night at Six Flags Fright Fest

Six Flags turns into a spooky funhouse for Fright Fest, with shows, attractions, decorations, and thrills throughout the park. The park feels like a movie set, as they utilize strobe lights, smoke machines, sound effects, music, props, costumes, and other elements to bring the fantasy of Halloween to reality—it’s all very professional and well done. I went on Halloween night, which was the perfect time to be there. I imagine they make it a bit spookier on Halloween, and it was certainly a fun and surreal night.

Here are some of my photos from that night. Many of the photos were blurry or bumpy, which added to the sense that something wasn’t quite right—the ideal feeling for Halloween night at Fright Fest. These aren’t my greatest photos ever, but they’re fun.

Happy Halloween!
