E-Space HQ Coming to Arlington

E-Space, a global satellite and telecommunications manufacturer, is establishing its North American headquarters in Arlington. Groundbreaking for the facility occurred on October 3, 2025.

Founded in 2022 in France by Greg Wyler, E-Space is an innovative ‘space pioneer’ looking to the future. Arlington continues to invest in that future, attracting companies and high-paying jobs that will bolster the local economy and make the city an even more enticing place to live and work.

While E-Space is currently leasing a smaller space in Arlington to establish its presence, construction has begun on a forthcoming 480,000 square-foot facility that will serve as its North American headquarters and a key hub for aerospace research, assembly, and development. Here, the company won’t just build satellites and space systems, but also communication systems integral to our daily lives.

The campus, strategically located at the Arlington Municipal Airport, will include manufacturing space, office space, parking, an airport access road, and a hangar larger than 33,000 square feet. The project is expected to bring 2,000 high-paying jobs to the area, while also spurring further economic development in south Arlington. Developers expect the facility to open in 2027.
