Arlington and the Olympic Games

The 2024 Summer Olympic Games began today in Paris, France. Did you know that Arlington has ties to the Olympics? A handful of University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) students have competed in the games. Additionally, the Olympic Torch Relay came through Arlington in 1984 and 1996.

Exploring UTA Campus | 02-19-23

UTA is a great place to explore, especially if you like taking photos of buildings and architecture, which I do. The sprawling campus has a quirky mixture of buildings, with materials ranging from brick to glass and steel.
