Pink, orange, yellow, purple
Bright and dark sunbursts
Explode through the skyline
Impossible to describe
Useless to photograph
Beyond replication
Immaculate brushstrokes
From a talented artist
A sunset like no other.
A poem by Jason S. Sullivan, 11-04-20
Notes
I said it was useless to photograph, and I was right. This photo doesn’t come close to the actual view. It looked 100X better in person, even through the window. The reflection from the fluorescent lights almost gives it a surreal feel, though. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a sunset with so many colors. The sky was ablaze!
