Rebirth

I died a thousand deaths
Before I ever felt alive
It took those trials to realize

The flame I ignited
Will never go out
It’s apart of you now

Look deep into my eyes
And see my soul in the void
Immortal, forever in this world

Dying to live
Living to die
Caught in a perpetual lie

Life, death, rebirth
Unquenched thirst
Stalemate among gods.
