Too numb to drink or cry
Tired of living this damn lie
The next move is hard to see
As I feel the walls close on me
Feeling trapped in this maze
Unable to escape this daze
I thought I found a way out
Hope soon replaced by doubt
Begging for a chance to start over
Grasping for my four-leaf clover
Luck isn’t there by my side
It’s hard to live when you’ve died
The enemy within is the one I face
It holds the key out of this place
Do I have the will to stay in the fight?
Or am I in the dark without a light?
